    Processing Time

    • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after full payment is received.
    • Business Days: Our three in-person locations are open Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • Customisation & Large Orders: If your order includes custom designs or larger orders, additional processing time may be required. We will contact you directly if there are any significant delays.

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping charges depend on the destination and weight of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer a variety of shipping options, and the most economical shipping method will be selected based on the delivery location.

    Delivery Time

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Large Orders & Custom Designs: Larger orders or custom-designed green walls may require additional delivery time. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation.

    International Shipping

    At this time, we offer domestic shipping only within Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    We use trusted Australia Post to deliver your orders. 

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • Address Issues: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
    • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We recommend that you use a physical address for shipping, as some of our larger products may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    While we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping our products, sometimes accidents can happen. If your order is damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit:

    2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items (if applicable), and any other details that may help us assist you better.
    3. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
